  1. Step 1 of 6: See if you qualify

    You must live in one of 7 counties

    • Kids birth to 14
    • Live in a served county
    • Work, school, or job training
    Good to know: Grandparents raising grandkids and families in a life crisis can qualify too.
    Important: Only for Genesee, Hillsdale, Jackson, Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe, and Washtenaw counties.
  2. Step 2 of 6: Fill out the interest form

  3. Step 3 of 6: Talk with your specialist
