What is the Denver Preschool Program (DPP)?

The Denver Preschool Program (DPP) provides tuition support to Denver families with children in their year before kindergarten, helping make high-quality preschool more affordable.

How long does it take to receive assistance from the Denver Preschool Program?

Once eligibility is confirmed and a child is enrolled in a participating preschool, DPP pays tuition credits directly to the preschool provider on a monthly basis. The application process typically takes a few days to a week to process once all required documentation is submitted.

What do the application steps look like?

Search for preschools enrolled in the DPP program at dpp.org.

Enroll your child with a participating preschool.

Complete DPP application either online through dpp.org or with assistance from your chosen preschool.

Upload necessary documents through the DPP online portal or provide them to your preschool provider.

DPP will notify you and your preschool provider of your monthly tuition credit amount.

DPP sends tuition credits directly to your child’s preschool monthly.
