    • Kids under 13, or under 18 with disability
    • Looking for work? Up to 90 days help
    Good to know: Families without a home get 90 days to bring in their proof papers.
  2. Step 2 of 6: Pick an approved provider

    • Choose a CCAP- approved provider
    • Do this before you are certified
    Don't miss: You must pick a CCAP-approved provider before you can be certified.
  3. Step 3 of 6: Get your papers ready

    • Child's birth certificate
    • Shot records
    • Pay stubs from last 45 days
    • Photo ID and work or school proof
  4. Step 4 of 6: Apply your way
