How do I apply for the Arkansas Better Chance (ABC) Program?
You can apply for the ABC program in the following ways:
Directly through a participating ABC preschool program. Find a list of ABC-approved programs in your area by contacting the Arkansas Division of Early Childhood Education.

How long does it take to receive funds or placement from the ABC Program?
